I recently had the opportunity to work with a design company I found online, and while I had an overall decent experience, I have to say it was just average. The website had a clean and professional look, making it easy for me to navigate and find the information I needed. The services they offered were fairly standard, nothing that really stood out from other similar companies. The communication was satisfactory, although at times I felt like I had to follow up more than I would have liked. The final design they delivered was good, but not exceptional. It met my requirements, but I was hoping for a bit more creativity and innovation. In terms of pricing, they were on par with what I expected. Overall, I can't complain, but I also can't say I was overly impressed. It was an average experience, nothing more, nothing less.
