My wife and I love our (new to us) 2014 Lexus IS 250. Sales rep Gordon Stewart and his team worked us through the whole process, even starting with emails and phone calls to get a final price before making the 3 hour round trip to the dealer, which ended up being well worth it. We were treated with respect and all the staff was very polite and professional. If they ever have what we need again, I wouldn t hesitate to come back to Desert European Motorcars. Thanks for making even my wife s first time car buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible!

Phillipe was absolutely fantastic in making sure my DB11 purchase experience was great. The same goes for Elena, finance director, who was very responsible afterwards in ensuring my plates arrived. I am an out of state buyer and having everything done online and phone was a breeze. End to end the car arrived at my door step within a weekend from purchase date, after they applied wrap as well!

I haven't dealt with a single person who works here who has decent listening skills. Everyone looks and sounds angry with one another. I'd rather drive to San Diego for service from higher quality technicians.

Avoid this place if you can. They are prompt when collecting money and getting your downpayment is non-negotiable, but as soon as it comes to delivering the car I purchased and paperwork to drive it they were non-existent. They told me I would have to "ride dirty" for awhile. I had issues DAYS after the car was delivered that put my families safety at risk and had to wait 2 weeks to even get it to the service department. They will promise you anything to get it off the lot. Greg makes you feel like family until you sign paperwork, then you might as well be a stranger to him. They tried to reassure me every time the car broke down that this was uncommon, but I'm sure it isn't. BE CAREFUL before you make any decisions at this place. I was completely taken advantage of here.

I ve purchased 7 cars in 2021 alone and this is by far the most unethical and dishonest dealership I ve ever dealt with. I would trust Harvey Weinstein or Jeff Epstein to babysit my children before I d trust this dealership to be honest about what they were selling. I purchased a certified Rolls-Royce Wraith clean carfax, which was far from super condition as it was described.

You pay a premium for a certified vehicle from a franchise dealer to be protected and safe and should be able to trust who you re dealing with. There were 7 panels that had been repainted and had signs of overspray, tape lines, orange peel, fish eyes, including bondo and sanding marks on the passenger door. Roof, both doors, both rear quarter panels, trunk, and rear bumper. Within 24 hours, the doors would no longer lock and the error on the screen rear door close malfunction, consult service center . How is it that a franchise dealer with trained experts can certify a vehicle of this caliber? They re either attempting to defraud the certification process or defraud the consumer.

I let the dealership know that we need to unwind this deal and they need to take the car back. After avoiding my calls for the majority of the day, the GM David Caldwell says he needs to check with his boss. Finally I reach him again and am told they will take the vehicle back, but I need to drive it back to their dealership - around 100 miles with suicide doors that are not closing due to malfunction. Alternatively he offers to pick up the vehicle at a cost of $550.

Ended up purchasing a vehicle from O Gara in Beverly Hills with a much better experience. I have reported this to the DMV, Rolls-Royce North America, and BBB.

Avoid this dealer at all cost.

Austin Lewis at Desert European Motorcars is as professional as it gets. We have bought 4 cars from him over the last 2 years and every experience gets that much better! From start to finish the process was efficient and quick. I will be referring all of my contacts to Austin and encourage everyone to use him! I have had my 2012 Bentley GTC serviced at Desert European for about 2 years now. I find the service staff attentive and professional. I make an appointment and get a loan car, but I have also showed up impromptu with a issue needing resolution and they are very accommodating.

Terrible dealer. Leave your car their at your own risk. Left my Mclaren for an issue with the door lock (under warranty), was called and informed they had broken the tonneau cover and I would be receiving an invoice for the cost to repair!

After resolving the issue I mistakenly attempted to consign the car with them, when the manager told me I had to consign it at a price that was equivalent to privately listed cars with previous accident damage and that they'd never be able to sell it at the price I suggested (the cheapest orange spider on the market with no damage).

Avoid.
