First time buyer. Used Derrick Bridges and was absolutely delighted with the service. Whenever I had a question, they responded very promptly and took the time to explain things as we progressed through the home buying process. Every time I called, I was met with a friendly welcome and on the 2 times that I needed to attend the office, I was very well treated. Bad solicitors Steve ward was threatening to my mother and did nothing to help my mother or her 3 children and did nothing to stop my abusive father having custody my 2 siblings were allowed to go live with my drug taking violent father who left my 2 siblings living on their own while he lived my dad 10 miles away and then They were under sixteen he left them and at 15 my sister ended up on drugs which turned to psychosis then schitzephrenia and she ended up in a brothel all because of Steve ward not doing his job and when my mother complained she was threatened by him

I had a case of breach of contract and I had approached Mr. Timmis for this. He provided with very pragmatic, sound and impartial advice, giving me various options and the implications of the options. He was not commercial and focussed on the finances/fees as most of the lawyers out there do. All other staff in this office were very friendly too.
