Unprofessional lack luster customer service, Dillon Taylor lied to me about when my device would be shipped back, told me it would be shipped same day as recieving it, then told me it would be over night shipped, they received the device on a Friday, didn t fix it until Monday and then shipped it an I didn t get it until the following Saturday, the device had a different serial number so my tunes were useless, got the serial changed on the tunes and then the device said my truck wasn t supported, whole time I ve been stuck on a performance tune when I frequently tow called them over 100 times and never spoke to anyone, they returned my call 2 times during the day when I was at work, I then emailed Dillon Taylor back and I still haven t heard from him in 5 days, getting a refund from 5 star and switching to HP tuners, I ll never buy an sct device again

My father sent back a turbo after experiencing a geometry/tolerance issue with the internals of the
for warrant investigation. They said the warranty would not be honored because he had the housing ceramic coated to match the look of his show truck. Fair enough. But in order to reach that judgement they took it all apart and sent it back as a loose box of parts, damaging all sensitive components and eleminating any chance for repair. Extremely unprofessional and blatanly disrespectful behavior.

Had the privilege of working for them as a independent contractor before COVID. Class act company wide. I have never been treated so well as a employee and person, and they treat their customers with the same respect. I can't recommend them highly enough.

OUTSTANDING! If we could give a 6th star, Derive Systems and Dillon Taylor would get all 6!!
Such knowledgeable and amazing techs work at Derive Systems. We purchased the SCT system about 7 years ago. We recently took our little car in for some recall work from Ford and experienced difficulty with the dealership. We called Derive Systems and spoke with Dillon Taylor who helped us tremendously. He took the time to figure out what the dealership had done to the car and how he could help. Dillon was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely understanding during our ordeal. He gave us outstanding service (especially with our system being purchased 7 years ago) and options to fix our situation. That goes to show how strong they stand behind their product and how outstanding the company provides customer satisfaction.
