They never answer to the inquiries of residential claim .

I am a senior citizen who was approved for a one bedroom apartment at Blair Mill Village East. I was there in person on February 8,2020 to give my money and secure the apartment for move in date April 1, 2020.
After February 8, 2020 I went to the office to simply ASK about the possibility of a 2 bedroom. The woman there named Carol said this wasn't possible at that time. I also called and asked who the renters liability policy should be made out to.
Now arrives the date of March 25,2020 I call to sign the lease for April 1, 2020 and I was informed I NO LONGER HAVE AN APARTMENT BECAUSE I DID NOT COME TO SIGN THE LEASE?? YOU HAVE MY MONEY THO!!!!
NOW HERE I AM HOMELESS IN 2 WEEKS. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO HOME TO GO TO.
IM SO DEVASTED!! THEY WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME AT THE OFFICE AND NOW IM FORCED TO THE STREETS...
Please someone explain this to me

They have no idea what's going on at the individual apartments they manage. Their property managers do not communicate with them at the office in Flourtown and as a result they will ruin your credit even if your payment history was excellent before they changed Property managers.

Wasn't to bad up to now. Trying to get me out for letting my dog run and not picking up after her witch is Totally a lie.

Horrible Company!!! I don't know how they're still in business.

Horrible apartment managers, quakertown west apartments are ridiculously priced washers and dryers are always breaking pool has left over snow and rain mosquitoes Re going to be horrble!@

Still there, but neighbors make much noise 24/7. Except N305. Would like to share 2 bedroom with compatible young Christan friend.
