Rude receptionist. Caseworker never answers phone calls. Had case cancelled and had to reapply several times due to caseworker paperwork error. The caseworker keeps insisting that she did not get paperwork that has been submitted several times (even get the paperwork copied and stamped by receptionist when submitted). Good luck on filing a complaint against a worker since the supervisors never answer their phones either. Work third shift so I have to skip sleep several times to wait for caseworker to call to find out why case is being cancelled again.

People who answer the phone are almost no help and everytime I've had to call this office I've been spoken to pretty rudely because of asking questions for things I didnt know.

Receptionist was polite!! Case worker replies in a day time frame ! Good place if you need ser or any other assistance

You may have to wait for a bit to talk to your caseworker but at least you get to talk to them as opposed to them never calling you back if you call them on the phone.

My Case worker sucks at call backs. Like weeks of calling and no call back on important matters. I always have to talk to her supervisor then I'll hear from her the day after or so or her superviser does her job for her. I've often had problems there. But they are better than Kent county by far!
