It's amazing that people can sell food without food handling certificates nor be registered with their local council, you have been notified about this but haven't done a thing about it. Lazy people being paid for doing very little. Are you all politicians??? Do something as they're not paying taxes as well.

Arrived at the Royal Exhibition Building vaccine hub for a booked appointment.
Deemed not eligible, I asked if I could get the alternative one that is not preferred in my age group by ATAGI.
Was told "...you'll have to book for that" as i stood before her in real life.
I replid "fair" and started to walk out of the empty building.
Either they're out of supply or closing up for the day as there was no one in the line and the workers were just talking amongst themselves very closely.
Vaccine hesitancy isn't the problem, these hurdles are.
The irony of difficulty in antivaxxers not getting vs. vaxxers that do.

What a joke this department is been trying to ring for 5 hrs re to see what I need to do as I was in a tier 1 area

Absolutely garbage service, untrained employees on the COVID hotline. I've been passed around to 5 different phone numbers and no one has answers, they just try to keep passing me back to the same numbers. Inconsistent with info too. Get it together

If I had an option to give them zero stars I would. I understand the pressure they might be in due to COVID situation but, that doesn't mean other factors are to be ignored. The public can see the lack of management the department has. No one answers the call or reply's to the messages that have been sent for my exemption despite continuously updating them with my negative COVID tests. It has been more than 14days now. What a Joke this has been.

Currently being arbitrarily detained and all cries for help with my disability are currently being ignored. We are on hour 10 of detainment now. All requests for a lawyer have been denied. All requests for home isolation due to my disability have been denied.

I am traumatised, exhausted, and I'm going to be very sick following this ordeal.
