The place is nicely maintained but there's less staff and it's relatively new.
Also, it's plagued by the people residing in camps nearby.

Good infra and moderate connectivity make this place a good option to have your office in.

A business or professional hub. All kind of offices and shops are there a very good place to visit for any kind of work. Near by metro stations are jasola.

This place in Tekhand village DLF Prime Towers is good but Tekhand village is not so not to visit in night.

The wine shops in the premise are a nuisance in the evenings with all kinds of people walking in without any check. A major drawback for the safety of ladies. Request DLF to take cognizance.

Also Central Heating system is pathetic. Inmates shiver in winters.

It is one of the Grade A commercial developments in Okhla and is within 3.7 km from Govindpuri Metro Station. There are 5-star hotels as well as hospitals and malls within a 7-12 km radius and good connectivity by road and metro to all the major micro-markets of Delhi NCR. Hotel like Crown Plaza within 2 KM and also here ESIC Hospital.

Nice location. Easy to find but a little bit expensive. I didn't get any service but I've heard from my friends that their service is not so good.

If coming from Tughlakabad Road, Google Map takes you thru the 'scenic route' with the landfill on one side and a slum on the other.
The compound is well done like any DLF big box office complex.
Safety concern: Fire Hydrants on the ground floor can get blocked by parked cars!!!

Very good building in Okhla industrial area phase1 near Tehkhand village. Good space of parking with security arrangements. Almost all areas covered with CCTV surveillance. Need to improve washroom facilities on floors.
