One of the ill-managed gov organisation in SA

One of the ill-managed gov organisation in SA

Michael Elias (Director ' Business Commercialation)
should refrain from interfering department recruitment process. He has been interfering recruitment process and was making suggestions to employee people he knows ( probably from his motherland and also people who used work with him previously. For an example newly appointed manager system and performance - Tim, and there are many more. Haven't you guys notice we Aussies do not get a chance to work there, Most of employees from overseas - why - because of this higher authority.

Plus I suggest department (this should apply to all the government bodies) should employee people with at least a bachelor's degree for management positions. People who received enough education to be in those positions not people who just worked their arse for long and appointed (just to do the job get done no improvement or make a different in the field).I do not think at least 10% managers got a proper education to be in those positions. Pretty sure no Michael or Muriel got at least a bachelor's degree.

And also I suggest DHS should cease employing people from houses (support workers) for office vacancies immediately. The quality of work disappeared & it explain the position DHS in today. All I'm asking is to give some respect and quality for professional Jobs.
