This place is amazing! The staff truly does care and provides a safe, comfortable environment with compassionate staff. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who finds themselves in crisis. Thank you so much to everyone. I am ever grateful for this place and these wonderful people.
I attended the hero s program at Denver springs hospital. The staff was amazing. Rico did such a great job making me feel welcome and cared for. Anthony the therapist truly cared for and helped me process my trauma and move forward with my life. Thank you Denver springs.

I went to Denver springs for their drug and alcohol detox and was so impressed with their services. Coming from Alabama, the quality of care at this center is so much better than anything I was used to. It s a very comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly helpful as were the doctors and nurses. The only thing that wasn t phenomenal was the food but hey it s a hospital there s only so much you can do. And they provide plenty of snacks. Thanks again
Denver Springs has the most professional, compassionate staff I
have ever encountered. All of the staff were very loving and listened
to what you had to say and how you feel. The therapy groups were
fun and helped me to get out of my comfort zone. That made a huge
difference for me being so reserved and quiet. They helped get me on
the right path with the tools I needed to do so.
If you want to get clean this is the place to start. Just an amazing place!!!!
Completely first class facility! They allow smoke breaks and they treat you as a Human Being that is just going through a hard time! Very compassionate staff and very helpful and friendly!!! I hope I never have to go back but I would go there again!
Most help I have ever received. I recently discharged after staying on Cedar Hall for a week. I have never seen such a dedicated staff in all my years. They were all very professional yet kind and compassionate. They assisted me in every way towards my recovery. They took the time to say good bye at the ends of their shifts. When I was down they got my on the phone with an A.A. rep. They always brought a smile to work with them and never a bad mood. They insured I was safe and happy at all times. They motivated me and gave me strength. They put me on the path to recovery. I could go on and on for hours about what Angels they are. I will close by saying the staff on Cedar Hall are my heroes. They saved me in so many ways. God bless you all for what you do. ------Davey

I cannot compliment the staff enough for the amazing job they did. Joelyn is by far the best doctor that has helped me in decades. Sara, my therapist helped me immensely. Anthony and Chad were spectacular in the trauma groups. Rico not only made me smile everyday, but was also there when I needed someone to talk to. John, Shannon, and Mikayla also were amazingly helpful. The nurse Dana was extremely helpful too.
The overall experience not only saved my life, but with help from the incredible staff, made my life better. I can't thank them enough.
So far my experience with Denver Springs is they don t care about you as a patient. I ve had two scheduled phone assessments with them and both times I did not receive the call. I had one in person scheduled meeting and after sitting in the lobby for a significant amount of time, I was told they couldn t see me for an hour. So I called to let them know about my experience and the lady returned my call at 11pm. When I mentioned the time she was rude and could care less about how disrespectful she was. I don t recommend this facility. They clearly don t care about the patients.
