Amazing to see

The wait time on a Tuesday morning was great, however, when Stacy picked up the phone it went downhill. I am applying for a marriage license more than a month out, and there was no availability. Stacy has zero sympathy for the situation, offered no help/suggestions (even after prodding), and told me there was no availability for a marriage license appt. before my wedding date. Even though this was super discouraging, i still revisited the site on my own time and thankfully a few cancellations must have sprung up that I jumped on. I don't expect 5 star customer service but this was honestly so disappointing.

They made my day so special! I had a strange situation and it was a lot of back and forth but they made everything h happy and easy for me! I love this place!

Fast and Friendly service. I needed a copy of a 30 year old record and had it in my email box within an hour of their opening their doors the day after I emailed the request, free of charge as I did not need it to be certified. I wish other state and county offices around the country were this friendly and quick in taking action for something so simple.

The ease of assistance this branch has put into place is much appreciated. I ve had the pleasure to work with Madeleine 2 times now. The first time during the process (in person) to request a domestic partnership. The second time, (during covid/no in person meeting) over the phone to check on our marriage application. I knew the voice sounded so familiar. After she gave us the information on the process once we receive our certificate, I couldn t help but clarify I was speaking to the woman I remembered. Madeleines kind voice and loving spirit is hard to miss even if not face to face. The world needs more people like her. Thank you Madeleine, you are incredible
