Needed assistance, so I tried to call every number listed on their website, no one ever answers - it's like a ghost company. It says the business operates Mon.-Fri regular hours... Shady company.

First of all, I have no affiliation with or interest in this company. I have worked with this company for almost a decade. Definitely not a shady company. Very trustworthy and they have a GREAT product. They have always been instructive and easy to work with. They pioneered the "same attachment size for all implants" concept.

Not happy with the customer service. I will not work with this company in the future.
