Dented Brick Distillery Review

This place is absolutely amazing! If you haven t been you should check it out. When I visited to check out the ghost tour, Karina was our guide and she honestly made the experience perfect. Not to mention their spirits are to die for.

Praise Mother Earth for this distillery! The tour was so fun and informative and the spirits tasting was a great introduction to all of their offerings. Also, DB gin is heavenly.

Dented Brick Distillery has such a great atmosphere, a fantastic and versatile product line, and excellent employees. I got to tour the distillery with Karina and not only was she knowledgeable about the products, she was positive and made the experience so incredibly fun! I cannot wait to go back!!

I recently did a distillery tour/tasting at Dented Brick and had the BEST experience. Karina was our tour guide - she was so knowledgeable about every spirit. I was so impressed by her ability to educate our group (who knew nothing going into the distillery), while providing an excellent storytelling aspect throughout the evening. Hearing the history of Dented Brick and the backstory behind each spirit, was so fun to learn about and made it easy for our group to become loyal supporters of any spirit that comes out of this facility.

Nice little distillery to visit. Ethan was really welcoming and happy to visit. Really good vodka! It's a bit out of the way, but worth the trip.

I live right around the corner and stopped in here to talk to the head distiller. He was a cool guy and told me all about what they are doing there, the art on their bottles, etc. I bought a bottle of rum and it was great. They have a cool thing going on here and I like very much that they're in the neighborhood.

Helpful, knowledgeable and safe staff. Great selection. Trying the Antelope Rum tonight for mojitos. So much better and faster than standing in line at the liquor store. Support Local!

This place is great! Better than waiting in line at liquor store and open way longer too. This spot is a great underground gem!

Had an amazing tour and taste testing with Scott from dented brick. Will be back in the future and love their products. 5 out of 5 every time. :)

I love going to Dented Brick. Mark and his team are amazing. They are so pasionate about the culture of Utah and their brand. Excited to check out more of their stuff.

These dudes are alright. I went to their grand opening a couple months ago because I had friends hosting parts of it. Today when I went in, Bridger recognized me and let me sit and chat with him and Ethan. Not often a company let's a patron chill and chat! And as a plus, they make a really good Rum! I highly recommend the Rum, and a stop in at the distillery. Way cool place. Just don't plan on doing so on a Monday!

Words are not enough to say how much fun I had on my tour! Karina was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and had me laughing most of the time!! The products are amazing! Honestly some of the best I ve ever had!! Did you know about white whiskey? I didn t, but they have some award winning high moon whiskey that I fell in love with!! Even invited a few of my friends, who walked out with some of their barrel aged vodka, which I must say is smooth as silk!!!
And I can t tell you how many times I ve talked about the Origin story of their name!! Overall 20/10!!! Would and have recommended!!! Don t be a fool, go check them out!!!

I'm loving all the local distilleries. We just happened to walk in at the right time to join up with another small group's prearranged tour. The assistant distiller gave it. Currently, there is only silver Rum. That will change.
They appear to be better funded, or just deeper in debt, than some others. It's a nice large space, Three large stills including both pot and column. I saw another small one waiting to be put together in another area. They also are better set up for tastings and have a more organized tour than some. Perhaps the more formal setup is the reason they can use an educational license to have tastings without food. Nice.
I purchased a bottle. At home I tasted the Sugarhouse silver against the Dented Brick blind. It was hard to pick a favorite. They each have different characteristics and are both excellent. I don't think I'll be using either as evening sippers, although you could. However, in a Rum forward drink, the quality will show through.

I fell in love with their Vodka. I finally was able to stop by and was amazed by the staff, both in their knowledge of the spirits they make, and just the overall friendliness. My new favorite is their bristlecone gin. Absolutely delicious!

You *need* to try the Rum and get the tour. You can thank me later.

The rum is INCREDIBLE. Versatile and subtle. All their stuff is amazing and the tours are so fun/informative. Def recommend.

A very informative, interesting and fun distillery tour. I love the history and symbolism that goes into their different spirits. The tasting was more than worth the 5$ and I would happily do it again. Staff is super nice and down to earth. Most importantly, their bristle cone gin is incredible.

Best Rum on the market hands down! The tour is awesome and worth the trip to see a full up and impressive distillery in operation. I am excited to try the Gin and Vodka set for release soon.

$5 for a tasting of the current 3 spirts they produce, and reasonable pricing for the bottles. Plus you get to see where it all gets made.

FInally , a great distellary for the west! I would put this great tasting rum against any in the world! Way to go guys!

Karina is very knowledgeable about their product. Before visiting DBD I would have never sipped on gin; she changed the game for me.

I had far too much fun on the distillery tour and tasting. I have been buying dented brick at the liquor store for a while, and I am so glad I gave this place a visit.

Went on a tour, learned about the distillery and thier gin, vodka, and rum. All three great hard to choose just one. We enjoyed ourselves, will go back.

Awesome place to stop in. Great little tour of the facility, and a personalized tasting made for a good time. The liquors were all very unique and super tasty. Absolutely worth a look!

Truly local, and truly craft. All spirits are made from grain to glass right there in Salt Lake. Full scale facility with fun and knowledgeable staff.
