Never got back to me about my inquiry, i hate having my credit run for such reasons. And I m told have to put new tires on my truck because they do not put them on the lot with mud tires. Saw 5 trucks with mud tires today. Weird, Butch made me feel welcome but the salesman I talked to this time made me feel my trade in was junk and he didn t have time to talk to me.

Great service and great time in and out bought a truck

Recently bought a car from Kent Bradsher. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My experience was quite different when we purchased this car. We were out on the Saturday before and chose to test drive and just so happened the car was dead so it needed to be jumped. So we then took it on a drive and stopped and turned car off and it died again. I really liked the car so I chose to make an offer. I gave the payment amount where I needed to be and of course was not where it needed to be. I couldn't take it unless it was where I needed. So I felt as a woman I was getting taken advantaged of. I had to make a phone call and they assumed I was talking to my husband and they assumed my husband made all of the financial decisions so when I told them I was the one who handled the finances their attitude changed towards me and they were willing to try to get lowered payments. It was a very Stressful situation. I was able to then get a down payment and I requested to have a new battery put in and I got what I felt like was an excuse . I was then told the battery has been checked and there was nothing wrong with the battery . So I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. But I had expressed that we wanted a brand-new battery for the car but was denied. I explained my job situation and if I woke up in the morning and my car was dead I wouldn't be able to get to my job nobody seem to care and so the next day when I got into my new car it started but after I got off work my car was dead so then I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in and I told him I needed to have a loaner because it was a brand-new car and I need to get to work. When I was filling out the paperwork for the loaner they wanted me to pay for the gas for the loaner which I thought was completely wrong as I had bought the car not even 24 hours ago. So the next day when I got the car back low and behold the test comes back that the battery failed the test and I had to get a new battery . As I was told the day before the test came back and was completely normal. Yes it was an inconvenience for the car to die not even within a 24 hour period after me spending my money but this could have been prevented as I did ask for a new battery. But as you guys can see you were to stingy and would rather inconvenience a customer who spent 27000 at your dealership. So will I buy another car from ray dennisons again probably not or probably will not tell people to go there to get a car. Our dealer Eric Martin was great but the dealership was terrible in the way I was treated. I feel that the owner or someone in charge that cares about the reputation of the dealership would call customers that are unhappy with their experience but I understand how your dealership does business and don't expect a call back.

Got in quickly and service was excellent and quick. Let me know if potential upcoming issues related to my vehicle. Good price for service.

Took a look at one of the new 2018 silverados and talked to Kent! He was the man! He showed me some really cool stuff about the truck and talked to me in a way I could understand. 10/10 would go again.

Had a good experience buying a car, but then later on I see the car I traded in on their site being presented as a "1 owner vehicle" when I told them several times during the process that I wasn't the first to own it and it wasn't new and had issues from the previous owner BEFORE ME.

So if they're willing to lie about something like that and screw over the next person that buys it what do you think they'll do to you? Makes me question everything they told me. Liars.

This was my first time buying a car on my own, and everyone at Ray Dennison was SO nice and knowledgeable, not at all pushy or high pressure! My situation wasn t favorable, my 2015 Equinox went belly up and I still owed $12,900 on the car! John Dennison worked really hard to find me something that wouldn t slaughter my budget, and my sales consultant was Scott Hansen and he made the whole interaction wonderful and did not add ANY stress to an already stressful situation. They bent over backwards and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I will definitely be coming back when it s time to upgrade!

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Cruze LTZ in June 2014. I husband passed away 11/29/14. I visited the dealership to see if they were interested in buying the car back as it only had 2800 miles on it. My son had to take the car in to be inspected, which I understand, but then they wanted to haggle with him before making an unexceptable offer. Called Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton and spoke with salesperson that we had dealt with on previous purchases and was given an offer over the phone, sight unseen. I will never deal with Ray Dennison Chevrolet ever again nor will anyone in my family.

Had the check engine light come on and car said service stable trac service traction control and went to reduced power mode. The guys at Ray Dennison got me in quickly and had it fixed (under warranty) in about 20 minutes. They are always super friendly and don t beat around the bush or try to get me to do things I don t need. I highly recommend them nice been going here for 12 years.

I can't explain how pissed I am. Went for a oil change and they BROKE my Washer fluid hood clips. Then when I pull out off the lot the service guy drove over a nail and had to pay 200$ to get a new tire. Then to top it all off! They didn't reset my oil life! So I am never coming back to them and I will make sure I tell everyone what happened to me.

I had to have a recall repair done on my car. I went in with my twin 1 year olds to our appointment and the service department was swamped. After standing in line for 15 minutes, I thought I would just skip it and come back another day because there was no way I was going to get through the wait without a traumatic meltdown.
However, a service tech approached us and offered to push our quick repair through so we could keep our appointment and our sanity. Thank you! You made what could have been a very bad experience a very good one!

Purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze on Black Friday. Had a very pleasant experience working with John Walz in finding the right car. John had a minor scratch repaired and corrected an issue with one of the tires at no additional cost. Good experience and we will be contacting John next time we need a car.

Very nice first time until sales person found what I can afford. I'm 65 now caught up in a couple scams lost everything. Just saw a used trailblazer. Was trying to fill out online wasnt working. Pam's attitude changed before when I told her 500 down then I called back told obviously customers in store more important. She didn't want to entertain asking someone to help. Moved to this area because location North and south children and grands. What a mistake

I had talked to pam frick about what we was looking for and she set us up an appointment with chad mucciante. he was very patient and listened to our wants and needs. he showed us several different cars,opptions and models. there was no pushing or showing us what we didn't want, or preasure. when it came down to the final deal he talked to us about doing a lease instead of financing and the options. the finance team was incredible and very patient. that is what we did we leased a 2015 equinox lt2 and we love it. over all we are both very pleased with the chevy experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
