* Has no valid business license (verified) and LA county told me there isn't anything under this business name or his personal name
How can you tell someone something about a business license or any legal documents and have 0 yourself?
* Has changed his city on Facebook to Roseville, and changed Yelp to Long Beach originally were both Cerritos
My guess is to make it more difficult to find his business if there are any legal issues (which doesn't legally exist anyway)

Response: Wow you sound like a different person on here where you know others will read. That is inaccurate never did you mention that I needed a business license you sure didn’t mention it before I paid. but now it’s the reason you can’t refund me right? Good thing I kept all texts. My bank did not accept it because you failed to reply to my emails like I stated prior. (You still have yet to refund me since MAY) just want that to be clear. The only time it was mentioned was after I left a review on your business and you wanted me to remove it saying "You have an unregistered business" and "Let me check states websites, see if you are in violation of tax evasion". Therefore you were trying to scare me into removing my review. Not ever was it mentioned prior to OCT 3 when I left my original review. I gave you 4 months to refund me before I left a review. My business license has absolutely nothing to do with the sign. It doesn’t need a permit as I did not want it to light up which do not require a permit. I did provide measurements of my building and the font I wanted. I have proof of that. You never mentioned restocking fee, and I was lied to that my full refund was processed in June. One thing I want to be very clear is that my frustration did not stem from my business license, it stemmed from your unprofessionalism, excuses for 2 months waiting on my sign and 3 more months dealing with excuses with the refund, and you harassing and threatening me asking me more than once "are you sure you want to go down that route" when I mentioned court. I cancelled in June it’s OCTOBER. I will not be doing either of the "resolutions" you offered. Like I told you before I had to block you on text see you in court! It is filed 😊

Update: I have been harassed to remove my reviews or I won’t receive my refund, Pete looked up my business and tried to use private information against me to get me to remove my reviews. This is the type of person you will be giving business to and dealing with. He was texting me at 1AM sending screenshots of my business zoning and how it “wasn’t legal” and saying I quote “they won’t let you stay”???. I will not remove my review as I believe in doing the right thing. Even if I get a refund. I’m pretty sure some of the reviews or at least the reviews from bad to good are from people who were also harassed by him. I will stand by what is right regardless.

Original: Paid more than half of my total Invoice of $1,200 up front ($750). After having Pete consistently push back my project due to “personal problems” I decided to cancel it and ask for a refund. Because originally my sign was supposed to take a week. I paid first week in MAY decided to cancel end of JUNE. Two months to complete and nothing. I was told “Your money is protected by both, square and your bank” which isn’t true because I have YET to receive a refund from Pete. Originally decided to go to him to save money but ended up getting screwed. LOOK ELSEWHERE PAY EXTRA TO AVOID A LIAR. He was also saying I was texting multiple people from the company through text so he isn’t sure what’s going on but told me that was his direct number. Just lies over lies I’ll be opening a business claim through the court, thanks for the headache Pete!
