My reservation was all inclusive
I had to ask to change the room and the same issues were at both rooms.
No complementary tea, coffee or water

<Lights> are very dimmed that i had to unhat the bed sides to be able to see.

-outdated
-only in one mode
-very loud
-located in front of the bed ( i had to hang a pillow sheet to keep the air off me while sleeping)
-no swing control
<TV> Obsolete.
<Bath>
-broken shower keeps falling while showering
-stained shower cabinet
-toilet seat moves (not bound to the floor)
- clogged drain
I asked for house keeping when he came he said" i came to you in the morning didn't i"
I called room service for a clean bed sheet at 11 pm they said that house keeping is only till 4 pm.

They are very cheap only basics.
Powder juice only.
Prepared instant coffee in a hot dispenser.
Powder milk prepared in a hot dispenser.
Fruit choices are Shopped orange or shopped cantaloupe.
There is alot of jelly and budding for dessert.
Two choices of mai dish rice or spaghetti with either chicken thighs or fried fish
Salads are just a sad story.

Nice place to family. Many pools and a lot of green spaces. And gave all facilities

Very Nice staff yummy food and wonderful room view and the beach was great
although our room s floor needed more cleaning but it didn t make our trip less wonderful

I give it a 5 star due to the way its maintained and the gardeners have made it into a 5 star oasis. My friend has a long term apartment here minimum 6 months rent but he needs a quality guest. Contact me and I put you in touch with him

Do Not Expect A Highly Service.. The apartment itself is in a bad condition & poor maintenance but it's not a big deal if you just need a place to sleep,
The resort is fine quiet and affordable, near to the center of the city easy to find transportation, available shopping area, most of the facilities are out of operation

Very nice compound with 7 swimming pool and many shoops and restaurants
