Environment and culture are good (at least in my dept). If one wants to get employed, make sure don't accept contract under agencies, comparison between benefits of contract and permanent will have lot of different. Example, no bonus (because one is not being in-charged by HR), no 13th month salary (one month salary), no meal allowance(more than RM2 per day, accumulation available), not involving in any motivating talk and seminar (if you wanna grow career, then chances will be rare).
