Terrible customer service I called numerous times and didn t get an answer

It's been years since I've been here, but the gifts are outstanding! But the wine... Unbelievable! Delicious! The Almond and the Raspberry Champagne are my most favorite!

I've been buying their Bota Box Old Vine Zinfandel 3 lt for some time. They consistently short weight the product. THE WEIGHT SHOULD BE 7 POUNDS. IT WAS 6 POUNDS. I called the corporate office and they didn't care at all. I plan to get the worst publicity possible for this FRAUDULENT CO. Next I'm contacting the BBB. Maybe their wine tasting operation is good. THEIR RETAILING IS FAKE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DELICATO BRAND EVER AGAIN. THIS IS A SHADY OPERATION.

What a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable. Was a little crowded at first but they made room for another group of 4! Comfortable and friendly vibe. Come as you are, you won't be judged or turned away. Wine selections are vast and many but they make it easy for you to choose your 5 different wines for only $5 per person. Best deal and very fair pricing per bottle. We will be returning! If we didn't live in Utah we would have joined one of the wine clubs!

Definitely a treasure in our central valley, why go Napa? This family owned business has grown to be great winery!

A hidden gem in Manteca - nice wine tasting area and gift shop. The team there is very helpful and happy to assist. Many great wines to choose from - you will not be disappointed.

Richard and the staff are some of the most expectional service providers i have ever met. If you haven't been, now is an amazing time of year to try their outdoor wine tasting. Just call ahead, they fill up fast and for good reason!

It's unusually quiet here. Wine's are good but would like to hear more music and get an ambiance going. Service is also good, everyone is friendly and typically has a smile on their face.

Awesome winery! There were so many selections, everyone in our group was able to find something. This was our first CA winery, and they set the bar high.

As a customer in the wine store, they extend to you sincere courtesy. As a 13 year employee I can tell you first hand they make some of the best wine in California and beyond!!!

Family owned winery, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of different price points for some great wine!

Lots of options for different wine. They were pretty busy when we went in and getting helped was a slow going. There is a lot of artwork and other items to look at and buy. One of the highlights for me was that they offered gold fish crackers to snack on.

Love going to Delicate Winery. The people there are so friendly and take the time to talk to you. Tasting their wine and others is such a pleasurable experience. A must try is any of the Black Stallion wines. Will most definitely go back again.

They have many different types of wine along with a wine club which gives great deals. And once per year they hold a Photography contest showcasing many of our local talents. They also have a great, eclectic gift shop

Wines are par....sparkling are the charmers...but If you're you're not dressed to the 9...you're treated like crap.

I really like Delicato but the wine tasting experience has had all the joy sucked out of it. Now it is outside next to the freeway so good luck having a conversation while you taste and wilt in the heat. In the past you could chose which wines to taste including the case special wines but now you can choose between red/white/and combo flights that are predetermined. No additional tastings are offered. I don't blame them which is why I will give it 3 stars. The irrational fear of the virus by healthy people (led by media propaganda as opposed to the statistical facts) has truly damaged our society.
