Totally unreasonable people work here. After 21 plus years of being and on time and often over paying customer, I receive a final statement for $7.56. I called and have offered payment by debit card but they want to charge me a $3.00 fee. This is practically 50% and extremely unreasonable. But instead of working with me they continue to send me bills in the mail. I'm wondering how long it will take to either reach $3.00 or the amout of my bill. This is just wistful stubborn thinking. But this is what having a monopoly gets you.
