I have a complain about its fresh food. Recently I bought two pineapple salad plate, but I was shocked that there is an onion taste on the pineapple !!

I think Delmonte is 1st supplier in the field at our region

One of the worest experience that delmonte packed fruits are not fresh.please find the attachment with company logo.

Because of this peoples will get becatrial infection.

Operator picks up the phone whenever she wants . Phone responds 1 in 10 calls. What a shame for such a well known company.

I went to take a snack from enoc petrol station in al barsha i choose turkey and swiss cheese and i was eating it inside and i found a plastic inside my sandwish. They called me to try to offer a basket of fruits , they apologised and nothing happend no follow up no investigations nothing .

I ORDERED BASIL AND I WAS GIVEN A WEIRD PLANT THAT I HAVE KNOW IDEA OF WHAT IT IS . SMELLS LIKE LIME/MINT.
Complaint to the costumer service and after sending the pictures they confirmed it was basil. Which makes me think. A company that produces VEGETABLES AND FRUITS, should know what basil is!!!!!!! For GOD SAKE! I m so disgusted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

While working for Fassco in the UAE this week I had the opportunity to tour the Delmonte production facility in Dubai. Great leadership and talent managing this hi volume operation. Chef Fadi is a great culinarian and I am honored to call him a colleague.

Ordering a coffee at Del Monte in the Jafza One building is the worse one can get. Coffee is served without milk and sugar. When I asked for milk, the waitress took my paper cup with coffee back to their kitchen and brought back the coffee in a mug - she obviously did not understand I asked for milk not a mug. So, still no milk !!! I will try again to get milk and sugar. Horrible !!!!!! Stay away !!!!!
