Our fence was falling down, and because of the weather and the need to cut the fence into 3'x4' for the Large Item pick up. We decided to dump the fence pieces ourselves, after getting some ridiculous quotes. It was fast and easy! 91.18 for 1 load, little bit of a wait to pay and then in a few minutes we dumped our stuff. Fantastic!

Been over 2 weeks with neighborhood trash not picked up. Called and they said it had been picked up...bs. The only trash picked up in our neighborhood is what we have to do after animals get in.
I'm guessing we get a refund?

They picked up my recycle, but didn't pickup my bagged grass. So stupid and bad service. They reduced to biweekly pickup for recycle. I wish there is another company. Their service is getting worse and worse. I would give them less than 1 star if I can. I am so upset/angry now, since our bagged grass is starting to smell, and we were expecting them to pick up today. Will call them Monday and ask the irresponsible driver to come or else. Worst service!
Deffenbaugh has failed to pick up our trash for the past 4 weeks. (This is not the first time our trash was missed, I guarantee you). Each time I call, wait on hold for over 20 minutes due to "high volume" and each week I'm guaranteed the trash will be picked up by 6 that day. (They sent a message to the driver to be assured it will get done.) Haha. Each week the trash is accumulating and I am writing this while waiting on hold...again. Ridiculous! What kind of way is this to run a business? I guess it could be pretty profitable to collect for a service which is not being performed.
I was told on the phone by a customer service representative at Waste Management to be sure to get a receipt when I dropped of my trash tote and recycle bin. Unfortunately, when I arrived at this location you aren't able to get a receipt. They have a mailbox placed outside and you fill out a form and place it in another open (not locked) mailbox. Then you just leave your containers outside. It says that they will credit your account. I spoke with someone that works there. He said to be sure and take pictures.
They came and pick my neighbors trash but skip mine and the people on my left. Good job losers.
Expensive, drivers and customer service are rude, and that s being generous. Be warned if you cancel service they make UOU haul the bins back to them or they charge you $75. What a joke. Also i called to cancel THEN they wanted to talk about price reduction, day late & a dollar short. Good riddance.
Even before they suspended yard waste pickup, they would not pick up our yard waste for weeks. Now charging $75 to pick up their bins after we cancel service?

Didn't pick up a small cardboard box with trash in it, size of shoe box, said it needed to be in a recycling bin.i said its not recyclables then she says it needs to be in a bag.i said no it doesn't they pick up boxes all the time,she says different drivers do pick up different. I told her she was lier several times. I'd rather paya different company or have choices and they show up late every Monday
