Horrible experience!!! Lost my small finger there because one of the supervisors didn t train correctly and inspection where ignored! The training process there is not qualified for any New person that gets hired 95% will get injured! Supervisors were ignore you with any complaints with people that s been there for a long time! Supervisors would not listen to your concerns over people that s been there for ever they re not capable of understanding English or speaking English or training a new guy! The front office people and most white hats only care about themselves dont listen to them when the say it s a team effort! They will only modified equipment if you lose a finger good luck for anybody that s thinking of going there! Note::::anybody that doesn t have there green card apply at deeter they have a couple people with no papers two names working so apply now!!
