I apologize for the mistake. I was reviewing another place, but I mistakenly evaluated the hotel I was staying in. The hotel is great and services are excellent The place is very clean and takes into account the conditions of protection from Corona I repeat my apologies.

Nice hotel. Most staff speak at least some English. Very nice quality rooms. Everything was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food served at breakfast was good. The food served at the mad kitchen restaurant was also very good and an outstanding value as well as open at convenient hours. The gym had a wide selection of equipment with a heated indoor swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna. The front desk allowed payment in USD and Euros which was very convenient for me. I had originally planned on staying only 2 days after a medical procedure but I found it to be such a good value and so convenient I ended up staying over a week as everything I need was right here. Can't think of a single thing to complain about!

Comfortable and clean rooms at a reasonable price in the Be ikta area.

Was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the attendant Elif at the front desk. For this reason, I give 5 stars.

Friendly environment and well-located. I was there for 2 nights, a small but clean room. I had a problem with the safebox which they immediately sent a person to check and solve it! Kind service staff, however, they poorly talk and understand English which is not a big problem;) The lifts are small and always occupied, so if you're in a hurry, you'd better to take off early enough!

Emre is honestly one of the best servers available. Always polite and very fast. No matter how big or small the request he is there to fill it.
