Definitely recommend you go elsewhere! I had the most absolute dissatisfying experience with them. Rosemary & Karina are a joke. They are no help at all. HR can go ahead and give me a call I'd love to express my experience with you.
Not the best place to look for work. Do not callback and just unprofessional. If there was an option for no stars they would have pretty much earned it.
garbage. I went to two different orientations for the same job. First time decton didn't finish my application on there side. So I had to be rescheduled for the next week. I show up the next week just as I was told to, and there was no orientation. I waited an hour and no one came. So basically they waisted over a week having me think I had a job, and I spent lots of time and money to get out to my orientations, I don't live close by and I had to hire a baby sitter. Now the job I was supposed to have started isn't even looking for people. And decton just acts like it isn't there fault. If she would have just got my app submitted correct I would be on my second week of work, and if they hadn't jerked me around making me think I had a job I probably would have found something else by now.
This is a very nice staffing firm, when you go there talk to a girl named, Karina she's a wonderful lady .
One of the receptionists was very loud and non professional. When she on the phone she very loud. The other 2 ladies were wonderful.
They really find you a job quick and efficient and they are very helpful
They are good staff it's on the indivisual's own experience with them , you go anywhere with a negative attitude you'll get negative attitude right back , they do try though to help you out with work, it's in your own experience of what you can do in job experiences and what they can do with you and your experiences....
Decton staffing is a awesome staffing agency! The women in the office are always in a great mood, always willing to answer your questions, and always go above and beyond to meet your needs. It doesnt matter whom you speak with they all have unique personalities and are willing to help you no matter the circumstances. I always come in and ask for Emergen-C packages and water and they always hook me up and they even stay over extra hours sometimes to fill positions for clients so they are always working! i highly recommend this staffing agency, give them a shot i promise you wont be upset at all!!!
If I could rate -0 stars I would this place is horrible they don t really help and the staff is really rude especially rosemary if you look at the reviews she s mentioned in almost all of them hopefully they fire her she s really no help at all and I also think all the negative reviews are because of her corporate put this lady in her place or get rid of her.
