I had to ask for warm blankets more than once,gone are the days when staff went the extra mile.I was having chills. I was not offered a drink after all tests came back ok,I was hungry, different offer that either, till I asked. I will say I appreciated the fact I didn't have a ride home, and the E R. staff did offer some suggestions.
What I want to know is why I've been sitting here longer than every one else and I've just been watching multiple people get treated before me?
Midnight worker Kerri is very extremely rude I came in to get help during COVID my chest hurt as the doors are opening to walk in she is already asking can she help me I said I need to be seen apparently she didn t hear me and looked up at me with a dirty look and said it louder she continued to have a loud voice and attitude throughout the entire time we then go into the room and my heart rate was 48 she asked if it s usually that low I said at night time she says so it just knows when it s night and gets low like use your brain yes at night when I m resting it goes down all I have to say if your not there for the right reason which is to help people then find your self a diff job people come in these places miserable they don t need attitude or someone yelling at them for not answering the question to their standard
My daughter laying on the floor in the ER. During a pandemic, after waiting an hour to be seen. Can't sit in the wheel chair anymore she falls to the floor in pain. Crying out in agony. And nobody comes to see her, check on her, get her into an ER room. Dmhcares? They need to change the motto based off today's experience in the ER. I had to call the Director of ER and the Hospital Chaplain to finally get somebody to help my daughter. I'm 2500 miles away, she's 21yrs old. My baby girl laying on the floor crying out in pain while DMH does nothing? Pathetic treatment of the patient.
Suffered a blood cloth and went to the ER not knowing. Within a week I was better and follow ups there on top of. Thank you !
Received good care from Dr.Pyle and his staff. Checked up on me after my procedure to see how things went. I appreciate that.
Not the worse hospital in the world. A couple of rude nurses but overall people willing to try.
Edit: I have to change my review to 5 stars. After several visits, this past one was the best. A doctor who actually truly listened and nurse and staff having to patience to deal with me at the time. Not what I truly wanted but needed.

My mother-in-law had a bad experience with another facility and for that reason was scared to have the correct medical procedure performed again. Thanks to Dr. Muscato and his kindness and willingness to talk her through the procedure, she went ahead and everything went perfectly. As Dr. Muscato expected, and his team confirmed , my mother-in-law is healthy and has nothing to worry about. We are so blessed to have Dr. Muscato and those on his team here in our little community. Hats off to all of you.
You'll sit for hours with people going in front of...nurses act clueless to what's going..just itratating and rude...the worst and slowest hospital ever..if I could give no stars I would.
