This is a great place to go for financial help an assistance

The place is a god send for the neighborhood. BUT the chick you speak to about financial assistance is abrasive. Before you even speak. You don't just end up in her position by chance. So if you're not there to help the community and can't operate without making the community feel like failures to be sitting there , then maybe you should get a change in professions. Its hard enough for some people to apply for assistance. Making you feel like you did something wrong in asking seems to defeat the purpose of keeping people with shelter. The other ladies are helpful and real quick with the food pantry. They also have a take a book leave a book receptacle outside the place. I love those. 1 of 2 in our neighborhood. I love that they offer it. But the experience with bill assistance is so taxing you forget about the positive in there quick.

Good place for taxes, not a long wait time, really haven't used the food bank but will drop by any help you get is a blessing

First time using this service and the last. Made several errors that I found on my taxes, went back to have it corrected. The numbers still aren't matching and calling to speak to someone their tone of voice was rude, and they didn't even know what mistake was corrected that gave me another number. This place is a damn joke and needs actual ppl that work efficiently. Minus all stars
