SCAM ARTISTS!

SCAM ARTISTS!
This was my first time dealing with an auction, and my last time dealing with Deanco! I won a bid for a tractor for $14K; and when I scheduled a pickup for delivery, they called to say the bucket would not lift. So they led me to believe they were going to do the right thing and would fix it before releasing it for delivery. After 3 months, they called and said that it still wasn't working properly so they were going to refund my money. They even stated that if they got it working, they would contact me and let me know (and I would have been willing to pay for the repairs!). Well they had another auction today, and what do you know....that same tractor was put back in the auction working PERFECTLY and they got $2500 more. A family member told me from the jumpstart that something didn't sound right to him and he thought they wanted to get more money for it than what I paid. Well they did, but lost any future chances of me or anyone I know participating in another one of their auctions!! I guess I trust people too much and take them for their word. Lesson learned.

Dam fine service ! The guys on the yard are the best that I have ever seen. They are what makes the sale worth going too. I don't know what they get paid but it's not enough. Literally no wait time, when your ready to get loaded those guys are there. Supper helpful and just all around good folks. If you like auctions deanco is one to check out.

Tiied a bit on something online you never get a confirmation very confusing they don't abide by the federal laws and they think they're better than anybody else to just be aware of them I won't be with them anymore cuz you don't know where your stand I feel like I was dealing with a major scam so I quit dealing with them they won't send you confirmation emails to tell you if you're winning or not they don't want to reveal that to about 20 minutes before they get down to the auction block and then they tell you they have a reserve on it where you if you know where you stood you might be on a different item too confusing to deal with their web pages or the worst in the world very unfriendly usually and you call them on the phone they do not want to be bothered at all multiple times calling and asking questions so I can try to figure out how to use their web page they were the rude as they could be and their technical support people don't even want to make it user-friendly so I keep trying to play some game you're trying to win a sweepstakes I can't wait till I read when the feds crack down on them and send a bunch of them to prison cuz it's coming so don't let your money get tied up in that mess

Their service after the sale is ridiculous. I've bought a dozer, Mack Truck, tractor, and several smaller items. When I went back to pickup the tractor, the rear wheel needed moving in so it would fit on my trailer. I asked to borrow some tools to move it and they told me that they don't loan tools. I could pay them $75/hr to move the tire. I will buy my equipment from Jeff Martin. Their employees are always very helpful with loading.

I have been doing auctions for 56 years. I have never been dooped as much as a very large amount purchases i just made. Too tune of 9 pieces of equipment for almost 200 thou. For example a smaller deal of purchase of roatary mower--description said JOHN DEERE MX 7 with 2pics of unused nice green mower. At time i didnt realize no side pics or pics that would show signage on mower. Upon arrival, 4 months later as they somehow forgot to load it(yah right) a nice unused green mower showed up with big letters saying "BIG BEE" Now to us mid west auction people that is thievery!!! JD 8120 --no one mentioned all stop engine lights were on that we found out only took 10 grand to fix parts putting metal filings in HYD system. And of 9 tractors--one started on truck--2 needed starters to start and of course truck load of batteries. COme to find out several with trashed cabs conviently had no pics of that condition. Not sure circumstantial or what but recently got rolled by 2 southern auction companies of this one and Sullivan. Moral story is they are really right when they suggest inspection versus trust them. Even to point when they say its a John Deere, as it may not be, Wasnt a JD in my case. Oh and for customer service--they never responded into my inquiry of how could they say it was a JD? Glad send pics of it to anyone. Other thing all these on Auction Time--Which also never responded to my inquiry and when they did--said as is sale!!!! So auction time does not use any accountability from their consignors and uses none for what they call premier sellers
