Not shure who would think that buying a ring and then resale it in a short time would be profitable but i love the place. Im allways treated with respect . the prices are about the same as the outhers if not cheaper and the value is what i invest in my relationship.
The store manager took care of us and could not have been more helpful. My brother purchased an engagement ring and was very pleased with the knowledge and kindness shown by the staff. He was so pleased he drove back from Erie to purchase his wedding bands.
I was recently in the Greensburg, PA area and stopped at Westmoreland mall. When Macy's didn't have what I wanted they directed me to Dean's. The folks at Dean's were very helpful and friendly and I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend them to you.
Over-priced. They don't do their own repairs and it took forever to get my rings back.
I bought a diamond ring here a few years ago. I recently went to sell it only to find out the stone was nowhere near what they claimed it was. Unless you want to be ripped off and ignored, go elsewhere. I never could get ahold of the owner and the manager told me it was not their responsibility. Couldn't be more dissatisfied.
