I recently tried using this service, and it left much to be desired. The navigation on their site was quite confusing, making it difficult to find the information I needed. 📉 I also experienced delays in responses when I reached out for support, which added to the frustration. Communication could definitely be improved. Overall, I expected a smoother experience and was left a bit unsettled by the process. 🚧
