I recently used the services of this organization after hearing about them through a friend. I must say, my experience was quite average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a good overview of their work. However, I found their response time to be a bit slow, and the follow-up was not as prompt as I had hoped. 🤔 While their mission is commendable and the concept is great, there's definitely room for improvement in their customer service.
