Horrible especially in this tyd. Just have a family with 2 babies at home. My daughter has been responding for 3 years and you don't get a normal answer. Reacted more than 500 times with every housing construction, also on flats, etc. No.

Poor housing association that requires far too much rent for houses that are not maintained. I myself think that they own too many homes and that they all like it as long as rent is paid. De Woonplaats is a crook organization. They increase the rent annually by a percentage that is much higher than that of other housing associations. The rents are no longer in proportion to the rental home. In addition, hardly any maintenance is done, while you do pay for it via a monthly subscription. If you bring that up they will not be happy and you will get a big mouth. They continue to hide behind rules. Also regarding the rent increase. The rent increase is not necessary, it is allowed but not necessary. Yet they continue to increase extremely, percentages of 2.6 to 5 percent are apparently normal. People with a low income are the victims of this. At some point, even people with a low income can no longer pay the rent. This is of course crazy. It will not be long before people resist. The water gets to the lips. It is time for all people to pay NO rent anymore. Let's see what De-Woonplaats will do then. Want to all turn off the house? The -Woonplaats stop increasing the rent!
