I have already bought something at De Wit several times and have always been friendly.
The prices of the White are at a good average.

They ask 35 euros for replacing the housing of an external hard drive, while they first called 15 euros. They use ridiculous prices in this case, for both man-hours (5 minutes) and housing (10 euros elsewhere).

I ordered a computer to Alternate but he came with a broken graphics card inside. Alternate didn't want to replace anything so I went to DWC. They have helped me there very well and I now have a good video card for a cheap price.

A store where service means something. Competition with the major media stores used to be to the disadvantage of the smaller local retailer. With the Wit it is the other way around, in terms of price, the Wit can compete very well. What they absolutely win with is correct information, service, advice and time for the customer.
As far as I am concerned, I have been buying (almost) all my ICT articles at de Wit for a long time and I like that very much.

I recently got help from Silvester for repairing a laptob under warranty and he provided more than excellent service. I want to thank him again in this way!

Repairs can be expensive. But you are then assured of a good and complete repair.

Unfortunately, the expertise is hard to find nowadays. Young guys who just know how a computer turns on. I used to buy everything in white because of the service and knowledge, but nowadays I often choose another option.

So the 3 stars remain, you are really helped nicely and yes they are more expensive than a Mediamarkt. But if you need something quickly, you do not always have the time and desire to drive to a Media Market. The disappointment that they are closed on a Friday afternoon is all the greater.
