De Toekomstgroep Review

We are expected to take the whole day off. Because they have to be with our upstairs neighbors. When we say it's awkward for us, they come up with a solution: you don't have to be there all day. (as if I leave my door open for strange people?) They couldn't reach us for 2 months and suddenly it has to happen in one day.

Never been treated so antisocial and wither by a company! I had a clearly justified complaint and the only reaction was "Don't know anything". Really terribly bad company, hope to never have to deal with it again .. Bah !!

Communication not present, consultation not possible, end result abruptly saddening, thinking along impossible, solving excluded and insight not present. In short, a disastrous bad company with no responsibility towards the customer. GUARANTEE!

Never experienced such a disappointing company. Do not do business with it, continue searching quickly ..

What an incredibly bad company. Finishing heavily below standard, communication completely absent and taking responsibility is out of the question. Just a bunch of bulky construction workers without any sense of standards, values, respect, quality, commitment and thinking along. There are some good guys, but they are completely limited by the way the company 'works'. DRAMATIC

Good and fast service and very willing to participate in the process.
