The shop is marked by a big windmill in a quiet cityscape. The time flows slowly here, so it's best to spend time talking and enjoying wine.

Is the windmill restaurant French? This is a luxury restaurant serving Dutch cuisine. Make a reservation at a special event and be surprised at the deliciousness of the course meal. The price and the taste are proportional, but I think that you can spend a calm time.

Delicious eaten. Quite an experience, with exciting flavor bombs, surprising intermediate dishes and nice service. In addition, despite the distance and the "empty" floor, there was a pleasant atmosphere.

We were there for a private party. They served the chef menu. The food was very good and the closed area was nice on the upper floor.

Was a very long time ago that I have been in a restaurant like the Young Dikkert. Inside it looks attractive and chic. The appetizers (before and for dessert) were of very high tasteful quality. The three course menu was really delicious. We had two choices for each course.
Five stars are really not enough.
And regarding the prices: Very acceptable. I mean: We will definitely be back for quality, entourage, etc.!

Exceptional location in a converted old mill. Very creative cuisine at a slightly higher but justified price! The service is great, you actually try to explain all the dishes in German and there is also a short chat. Had fine duck liver on a tart with red onion and the veal tartare with iced mustard pancotta was excellent! Anytime again

Food is okay, but services isn't good, especially unfriendly for groups

A cozy restaurant with nicely set tables. The food is good quality and tastes good, but the portions are a bit on the small side, so we ordered three main courses for two people.

It was as if the first course came straight out of the fridge, the plate and food on it were ice cold

Operation moderately after the 4th course was once called whether it had tasted
before that the plates were pulled off the table without looks or blushes.
The wine range also did not match dishes

complained about the desert coming that was horribly smelly (our son got sick of it) let the lady of the ministry smell and she said she didn't think it was fresh either,
and that was it then nothing was done with it.

it was not really a cheap evening
so here you can expect a bit more

Great location. Slow service. Food was ok, but not great. Would probably not go again.

Most of the staff were very professional except one lady. The food was small portions and the rest of my group enjoyed the food. However it was not to my liking. I did eat everything but only enjoyed about half of the spread. The restaurant itself was romantic and rustic. Very expensive for the amount of food served but great service. I don't think I will be back again but it was worth a visit.

If you don't mind a bit of "dutch kitsch" on the outside, then you will be delighted by what's to be found on the inside: Superbe kitchen, perfect service. This is progressive cooking with traditional dutch foods. Fantastic.

Nice to eat in the garden in the summer. Nice wine list, a bit classic. Tasty and special amuses. We enjoyed, among other things, a salt-crusted beet with smoked eel and watercress sauce. Recommended.

Delicious eaten in a nicely decorated restaurant. Tables are far enough apart. The food is really delicious and the unexpected appetizers that you received with it a pleasant surprise. Portions could have been slightly larger. But I went home more than satisfied. Highly recommended!

Very tasty and nicely made 3 course menu eaten where amuses were a pleasant surprise. Cozy and tastefully decorated. Fine received without reservation. Even to experience the charm of a waiter who escorted me from the stairs by offering me his hand. I thought special.

Restaurant eaten week menu. Was very tasty. Atmosphere is good to eat with large company. Upstairs is a large hall for parties. Disadvantage there is no possibility to eat here as an invalid or wheelchair. No elevator available. Free parking at the rear of the building.

Staff was very friendly and caring. The food combination was very nice, however, the meat dish was pretty salty. The area outside is not fancy at all in comparison to inside interior. Waiting between the dishes was over 30 min and each dish accompanied by a glass of wine makes you drink 6(!) glasses of wine that obviously would just make you drunk and still remain hungry from small portions and intervals. I would recommend just to choose main dish of your own preference than wait for multi-course chef menu. 6-couse menu + wine is 100 euro per person while I personally would not call it a fair price experience taking into account other minor details.

A historic windmill, tastefully and functionally furnished. Friendly, neat and not stiff service. All uniformed personnel: black trousers, white shirt with black suspenders. Dishes very nicely formatted and delicious. Free private parking next to it !! Very handy.
