What a bunch of liars work here. Without ever verifying anything, they make decisions and lie about them in court. If you file a complaint against a family guardian, they will leave it for six months in the hope that you will not come back to it. In addition, a complaint may not contain more than five points that you are complaining about. I have nineteen about 1 person who coincidentally was reported sick an hour after submitting the complaint and is still sick at home today, according to her supervisor. The aforementioned family guardian was unable to answer my questions because, according to her, that is not in the file they have. A big sad mess there

Unprofessional, chaotic, impersonal, without empathy, arrogance at the top, CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING from !!!!!

You're just a number. After being on the waiting list for a year, someone was finally assigned.
My daughter has seen so many faces now that is not normal.
They are privately involved in matters that they don't have to worry about at all.
Don't find it so strange that they have been under the microscope for years.
Lawyer is therefore called in this totally no style how people and especially the children are treated

An organization that does not stand for what they present. They are not youth and family protectors. You are just a project there that makes them money. Send you from the cupboard to the wall without intervening when necessary. If there are serious child signals, they simply admit them and do not act accordingly. The parents who cause unrest and demonstrably do not stick to the agreements, they keep their hand above the head. This is one big farce of our tax money.
