Dear assistants, ask well, can give very good advice, you can always come quickly, are very involved and compassionate. I have nothing but praise for this practice. My animals are in good hands here and I fully trust these people. Those doctors, each in itself, know what they are talking about. Think along and help as quickly and as well as possible. For years I had my animals treated with a good feeling here. Very sweet employees and most also very knowledgeable.
However, we once had a very nasty experience with blood sampling for our dog. There just happened to be a vet. This one has pricked 30 times in the small neck of our dog and while the needle was in it poking in it to find the vein. We watched the nauseating scene with bewilderment because she assured us that this dog was extremely difficult to puncture. The blood was not succeeded in the end, our dog's neck was completely open, she was moaning with pain and fear. We just had to come back another time to try again.

Dear, involved, skilled people at De Dierenbus! Our cat Minoes has had many skin problems ... The doctors and assistants have all thought along what it could be. Everything has been thoroughly examined (both medically and through a behavioral therapist) and we ended up with the right medication! This, together with hypoallergenic food, works very well for our cat Minoes. Our little cat girl is happy again!

my little chihuahua of 3 1/2 years brought to them for a small operation, dog died during the anesthesia but still have to pay for the operation, outrageous, Section in Utrecht cannot find any abnormalities in the dog, then too much anesthesia and then without further consultation have it cremated. Another bill of 95 euros. This should not have the name of veterinary practice. A warning for everyone, because a few weeks before a young cat died during anesthesia. Find an honest and skilled vet.

From March I walk there already my dog was just 3 baskets old. A lot of diarrhea got a syringe and inhibitors and could go home again.
April I was able to drip back for 2 days. Again diarrhea inhibitors and a jab yes madam can lie on hey weather and there is something prevailing.
Fine I left again.
I could hit back on July 1 again. Again the same shot here and there 2 weeks later I could go back with the announcement we do not know he will get a shot and antibiotics and inhibitors.
I have often asked for a blood test and that could not be the first to rule out the other.
But well today I was back and forth.
Now to the animal clinic in Emmeloord.

Really a top practice. Our cat had a severe bladder infection. Because he had to temporarily hold a catheter after the treatment, we could not receive him at home. Day care was arranged through De Dierenbus, while day care was provided to ensure that our cat received his medication and was checked on a daily basis. Thanks to these good care we still have our cat. And the costs have been kept really minimal, super!

Yesterday I, a regular customer, called the Pet Bus to see if I could come to the office with my dying cat and they refused me. It was too busy! Fortunately I found another vet who wanted to help my now very stuffy cat. I will never go to the animal bus again !!!! This is not a love for animals in need!

Today, July 16, 2014, I was with my dog Sam at Dierenkliniek De Dierenbus. My dog was injured in such a way that I was very worried and rushed to the clinic. Asked if she wanted to look at my dog, I got the answer, not now, because I haven't seen anyone all afternoon and now I'm going to eat !!!!!
I have no words for this.
As a regular customer at this clinic, where I regularly come with my dog and 3 cats, I let you know that I no longer take the step at this clinic !!!!!!

They do what needs to be done, I myself am not medically trained. What I do notice is that they drive their customers away in terms of price. There are vets that are just as good with a better price-quality ratio.
