I recently engaged with a local construction firm for a home renovation project, and my experience was rather lackluster. Communication was often unclear, leading to delays that I hadn’t anticipated. The project timeline seemed to stretch out indefinitely, which was frustrating. While the initial quote seemed reasonable, the final costs ended up being significantly higher, without adequate explanation.

The quality of the work was acceptable, but I expected more attention to detail considering the investment. When I raised concerns regarding some of the finishes, I felt my feedback was dismissed rather than appreciated. 😕 Overall, the process lacked the professionalism and transparency that I hoped to find.

I wouldn’t recommend them for future projects, as there are likely better options available for a smoother experience. 🏗️
