Daytona Beach Ocean Center Review

Clean and parking was okay for the event we went to.

The dino exhibition wasn't good for bigger kids and wasn't as fun as the commercial showed.

The parking was very terrible, and the audio was awful need new speaker system

Had to get a new plate. Way nicer than the old facility

Our granddaughter s had a gymnastics event there Saturday, very good experience

I attended the graduation of Spencer Wilson Brashears from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University

Used to be awesome when I was a kid 20 years ago.Wwf,monster jam,concerts.Now nothing great.It would be cool to get some rock bands to do shows here.

We have only been here to attend the Reptile Breeders Expo. It is a large convention center. It is clean & parking is decent.

Went here for an event during bike week. A large auditorium that has events.

Well kept venue with ample staffing. My only critique is that they don't post which parking lots are available for events. People park for $15 at the garage when they often have a lot behind the venue for $5.

Only been here a few times but always very clean and the events are very well organized! Keep up the good work

I was there to watch my granddaughter graduate high school. It was very pleasurable. I was very proud.

Was here with American Red Cross and FEMA...nicest staff ever

While I had a good time at the venue, it was not welcoming as most of the doors were locked, and the food was decidedly average.

Wide open, clean bathrooms. December gun show here was great.

Very big, capable of doing all sorts of shows ... boat, RV, cars, home shows.
Can host national championships, cheerleading & so on. Recently attended a political rally with over 10,000 in attendance.

Nice convention center. We were there to see the RV show. Everything was organized and friendly. They had refreshments.

Great organization, everything went as planned and good view of the stage.

Graduated from here so I d the say the experience was overall a 10/10.

Great place for events has the peabody next door for concerts

Parking was easy and accessibility to the front door was very easy. Finding our way through the building was easy and we had a really good time. The bathrooms work very clean. All in all it was a great experience

Well organized and great foot traffic control. The way they handled the size of the crowd and it's flow was notable. The staff members were very professional as well.

Bike week in progress, come on down see everyone from Smoky Mountain Popcorn and take home your favorite snacks and some pix of the bikes.

This venue is awesome for any event. We were there to see Wwe and it was awesome. Bathrooms very clean and the concession stand staff were nice as well. Will continue to go to this venue for events

This is the best title and tag office I've ever been to!!! Staff is super nice, and you never had to wait long.

Very large building very little exhibits except that they're having a special exhibit waste of space they should do something more with it

My son graduated from ERAU, well set up and everything went smooth.

Since you moved the food court out in the lobby, there is no place to sit down anymore in the center. Its a big place, I'm old and I get tired. Please try to place some chairs or benches around. I finally went in the ladies room and sat down in a stall for awhile and read my email. Also can the aisles be numbered or lettered along with the vendor booths so you know where you are. Sometimes I want to go back and look at something but can't remember where it was. Its a very crowded place.

I was there for the annual Daytona AQS show. The show was good. But the actual center only has a small snack place and there is no parking discount provided.

We've been here several times for several things. They always have something going on. Nice place always clean. Don't buy food or drinks there though, walk a block or 2 and get twice the food for half the price.

Went for a WWE house show. Nice place. Easy to get in and out.

Cheer competition was great! This place is nice, visit couple times a year, never disappointed

Large and nice convention center...I was there for a two day event...didn't seem like they cleaned it between the two days. Pretty dirty on the second day.

Ocean center is a great place for banquets and graduations. Just wish they would open back door from parking lot instead of having to walk around to front!!

Old but still a viable venue for medium size events and concerts.

I went to the temporary tag setup they had. The wait was super long but, the lady behind the counter really went above and beyond to help me which is why I gave 4 stars.

Prices were captive audience outrageous but my daughter had a blast. So it's a wash I guess?

is ok they need to work on having better food and having staff to offer food if there are conferences on Sundays

Loved, loved, loved the quilt show. I will try to go every time.

been coming here for almost 10 yrs for various scholastic/extra curricular activities/events. Always clean, always friendly staff, and always a good time

I enjoyed a concert there. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. The beach is across the street along with other great amenities.

It is one block from the ocean the building is huge if you want to avoid walking then don't come here

Very disappointed. Seems all the vendors packed up and left by 2pm on Saturday. We walked thru the whole show in 10 minutes. Trump hats, beef jerky and hot tubs were my only purchase choices. The venue would NOT refund my $15 parking fee.

jeff primack does his qigong revolution here, they are crazy with the parking fees and whatnot when you go there don't leave or you'll pay five bucks to park there again. But overall a great place to have a big convention like the Qi Gong Revolution.

Great trip to Daytona with Newspring Church for the Gauntlet.

Visited a little cafe there for breakfast. Food was very good. Enjoyed it very much.

The Ocean Center in Daytona Beach is a very nice facility. Parking was good when plenty of spaces.

The Ocean Center was very clean including the lavatory. Climate was also good.

Good size for meetings and smaller shows. Parking is an issue.

Only here once a year for repticon, it would be unfair to base my rating on that.
Aka 3 star for now..
