Davis Mechanical was great! They sent someone out at 8pm and were able to diagnose and resolve an ongoing AC issue that three other companies couldn't. They effectively communicated what they found and what needed to happen and tested their work before leaving that night. Great customer service!

AC went out during a hot part of April. Norman showed up and had me back up in running within 12 hours of initial call. He explained it all to me to help me understand. Then went ahead and checked everything else just to ensure nothing else could have been wrong. Then before leaving he saw I needed help with a ladder and noticed mine may not have been tall enough. So he got his out and helped me do what I needed. 2nd time using Norman and I highly recommend him for any of you AC or Heating needs.

I purchased an AC System online and thought I could install myself. The unit was a packaged 5 Ton system with a heart strip. After messing with it for several days, I called in the calvary. The guys at Davis could not have been more helpful. No judgement or criticism, they just resolved the issue and got us running in no time. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and professionalism. I wished I would have just called them to begin with and it would have saved me a lot of time, aggravation, and probably money. They are extremely reasonable when it comes to their rates. Word to the wise...do not use AC Wholesalers online. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Davis Mechanical is the one stop shop for me from now on!

Used Davis Mechanical Contractors several times at my home and recommended them to other folks for repairs. They are great at finding out what is wrong and repairing it. Unlike some companies who come out for one purpose and that is to sell you a new AC or Heater. Extremely happy with Davis because they know what they are doing and don't give you a bunch of phony talk to get more money. They have replaced 4 AC Units for my daughter and several friends and everyone is extremely happy with their honesty, work and prices. Norman repaired my daughter's 10 year old heater 3 years ago and it has worked perfectly ever since. Norman determined in about 2 minutes that the heater's electronic board was bad and it cost $200 to fix it vs $3,000 to replace the heater. Two other companies had come out a few days prior, were unable to determine what was wrong and said it needed replaced. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. Highly recommend.

I would give Davis Mechanical Contractors an emphatic 5-star-plus rating to anyone needing an air conditioner. Norman, Eli and Buddy worked their tails off, finished their job in one day, cleaned up, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every room was cooled. They tested and re-tested all equipment. On top of that, no other place I researched could come remotely within their price quote, which was unwavering. Norman will answer any questions and will meet any need if he can. If you want honest, trustworthy guys who provide great service at an unbeatable cost, I wouldn't look elsewhere. Called all around this area, this company had the best prices and service by a significant amount. Since service I've referred this company to other corporate clients. Now that Harvey hit, I know who to call, they will be here tomorrow and I know what to expect!

They came out and changed my air conditioning in 6hrs and did a great job. They were very detail oriented and very courteous. I definitely would recommend them.

I called the number on their website and the owner of the company answered. In a time when everybody seems too busy to answer the phone the owner himself answered.

I was able to set up an appointment in a very reasonable time, he was there on time and was able to replace my non smart thermostat with a Nest Learning thermostat. Normally I install my own thermostats, but the HVAC system installed in my recently purchased home was more elaborate than what the average DIY guy can realistically work with.

Norman was punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again.

Rider was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my system. He also explained all my options as far as replacing or fixing the problem, I m glad someone came that knew what they were talking about. This company is by far the most professional, honest and knowledgeable group of hvac technicians I have ever hired. They tell you what you honestly need, not to just get a commission check, and explain why you need the service. I have been with this company for more than 5 years and would definitely recommend. They did a great job for us. They had good prices were on time and stayed with the job until it was complete. They fixed our AC and did duct work. They did not make a mess and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. They are very reasonably priced (best I came across!) and were quick in getting the job complete and my a/c up and running. They even made suggestions on what I could do to make my home even cooler (involved some light duct work), and it definitely worked (no more sweating in the game room)! Oh and I love that I didn t have to wait a week for them to come... And I was so impressed with how nice and clean they left my home when they were done (the ladies know how much that matters to us!).
All of the staff (the owner, the repairmen Eli & Buddy, and even the office manger who took my payment over the phone) were just lovely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family/friends. You will not be disappointed!

Update: 08/02/2019: A leak was discovered in the attic which originated from the existing drain tube leading from the drip pan. Davis Mechanical immediately dispatched a service technician when notified and even though the leak WAS COMPLETELY OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF WORK THEY PERFORMED; THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE! I am a lifelong customer at this point.

Highly recommend!! They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, walked me through what though they were going to do, and finished well within the timeframe. I did an enormous amount of research prior to choosing Davis Mechanical and I will use them for all my future needs. Davis Mechanical has done work for me twice. Professional, on-time and reasonably priced compared to other bids I received. I'll use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Used these guys on 2 separate occasions. 1st time they corrected another company's work. 2nd time a/c tech named Buddy came out same day I called ( sat ) & replaced thermostat / cleaned drain lines. Company takes pride in their work, highly recommend!
