I take IT here and its pretty good. The teachers and staff help out with anything you need. Classes are very focused and monkeying around doesn't happen here. Teachers treat you like an adult not a 3 year old and let you exemplify responsibility on your own during class hours which works, people act better and more responsible and respectful.

Great school if you like slow wait times, Sitting at a computer on a broken program all day. Wouldnt recommended... They sugar coat it try a different tech school for sure!

I stopped by at this location to test for one of my classes. They had requested me to arrive 15 minutes early and I was seated 5 minutes after arrival.

All the employees were friendly and the front desk lady properly instructed me about testing policies. In my specific case, I was allowed two hours for my 75-Q test. The testing center is very silent and roomy.

Do you want to be treated like your dirt beneath admissions shoes simply because you had the nerve to ask a question about enrolling? Then this is the place for you!

I called with a question for the admissions department and when I was transferred to that department I had to left a message expecting a call back. When I never received said call I reached out again and spoke with a very rude gentleman named Carlos who acted like I was wasting his time by asking about completing the enrollment process. He never answered any of the questions I asked and only informed me that the class I was interested in was full; he never bothered to tell me that I could enroll in the next upcoming class in June.

Because I had so inconvenienced Carlos with my questions about enrolling, which he ignored, I don't know how to complete my enrollment and don't know if I want to deal with people like this at an institution that would like the public to believe that they want to help you.

I have been here for about 3 months and it took a long time for the instructors to warm up to me/seem to want to help. The program is currently in a bit of a restructure so I understand.
3 months in and I have to take a certification exam. I call the assessment center and the lady on the phone is extremely rude and very unhelpful, trying to deter me from scheduling an exam although it is a REQUIREMENT for my program to schedule the exams. Just due to this incident I really feel uncomfortable which is unfortunate because I have many more certifications I need to take. I have no idea who that lady is but she was not nice at all and honestly probably shouldn't be working at the assessment center when her job is to schedule assessments and she is telling me to not do so...
Overall the school is a good place, despite my 0 star experience with that staff member of the assessment center.

Great place to get an education. I'm going to miss it!
