These kids don't have any manners. We went on a field trip with them and when we were playing capture the flag, they played too rough they made my friend almost break his thumb by chasing him down the hill. They pushed me down the hill into a ditch I hope I never see them again

Not bad for typical private school who self-selects students to fit their existing mold. Puts sports above sportsmanship, and despite public posturing, if your student is AT ALL atypical/EC/ADD, they want NOTHING to do with you. Only want kids who are already college-bound no matter where they go to school.

My daughter began high school this year at Davidson Day, after frustration about the lack of challenge and large class sizes in her public school. I am nothing short of blown away by the Davidson Day experience so far. She is now in all honors classes, is receiving individualized instruction in a small classroom environment, and being enriched by interesting electives, clubs and sports programs. With the help of the teachers and her advisor she is developing a clear path to her future. I seek to enroll my younger daughter this year after seeing first hand what a difference this school can make with a young mind. Inspirational!

I played volleyball against this school this past season and the players were very stuck up, but I watched on of there lacrosse and football games before and they were pretty good. So I guess they are good at sports, but not sportsmanship?
