The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
They were able to instantly repair the chain (they will call next week with the estimate).

Five years ago my wife and I bought beautiful new rings to celebrate our anniversary. As time has passed I needed to resize my ring. I went back and they helped me figure out what to do and took care of everything. I got my ring back a week later and it looks brand new and fits great...again!
Denise was fantastic. I had an heirloom ring with 4 diamonds custom made by Robbins Bros. that came out horribly...she took the diamonds from the ring and helped me create a gorgeous ring that far beyond exceeded my expectations. Come to this store! It s more than a jewelry store. Denise helped me figure out what I really wanted, was super patient, and in the end I have a dreamy ring I m proud to wear for a lifetime. The jeweler s work here is top notch as well. I am so impressed. Couldn t be happier!!
I was very pleased with service and assistance I received! I had a ring that was over 30 years old that looked very cloudy and was missing a diamond. They did such an amazing job cleaning and polishing the blue topaz stone that it looks like the day I got it! I could not believe it was the same ring! Another jeweler who had looked at the ring had told me I should just replace the stone that it would not look much different, but that was obviously not the case. David took the time to do it right and I couldn t be happier. David and his staff were so helpful and kind!
