Beautiful theatre! I always enjoy seeing the New York City Ballet here with my family. The staff is helpful, although we have encountered a man directing people to their seats on the upper row to be a little irritable but the rest have been nothing but polite.

Seats on the fourth floor is surprisingly good, giving you a good view of the overall choreography, and the stage actually doesn't feel very far away. They often hold pre-show talks on this floor, giving you nice introduction of the history and also shows a couple of their beautiful costumes. I'd recommend coming early and joining one of those talks. I do hope they consider lowering ticket price for the back half of 4th floor or start a "rush ticket" program, since it's entirely empty when we came on a weekday night for Sleeping Beauty. If they were $35 instead of $89 perhaps more people would come! Such a waste for a great performance.

Theater is stunning with 2500 plus seats. Views from any seat are amazing. Acoustics are unreal and staff is extremely polite and very customer oriented. Extremely clean theater LOVED IT!

Such a beautiful theater. I flew in from Saint Louis just to witness the beautiful Misty Copeland dance for the first time. I was concerned not being from the area that our view would be bad since I purchase seats in the third ring. Not at all! I could see the expressions on the dancers face. I was in third ring, row B, seat 18. My only issue, there was not a restroom for both genders on each side of the theater on our floor. The long walk to the other side with heels on was a chore, especially when you're trying to get in and out between curtain calls. I wish I captured more pictures. I took video but the artwork and detailing was breathtaking. It's nearby subway stations, which I took. The area was well lit and clean. Lincoln Center gorgeous in itself. Attached is the view from my seat.

This beautiful place is a notable concert and ballet hall, passionately populated by the fervently unaridated souls of NYU and the NYC art world. In a whirl of motion and a whisk of color, you will find yourself caught in the contagion of music, effusively consumed by the undeniably evanescent, ethereal notes, and the soul-rendering pliae of the far too modest dancer. It is a place and thing of veritable beauty, in its very truest form.

This place is absolutely awesome. I went to watch the Shen Yun Performing arts show and it was amazing. The sound quality from the orchestra pit is very nice and the size of the stage make it very easy to see everything.

Last night's ballet of 'The Silk Road' by the Lanzhou Dance Theatre was beautiful. I desired more dancing in the first half; it seemed like more of a musical than a ballet. There was more dance in the second half, and so my thirst was quenched. The costumes also were more colorful and appealing.

Of course the heroine and the hero were fantastic; they were very light on their feet and very agile.

In all, it was a delightful show.

I got cheaper seating for there being an "obstructed view" but it ended up being fine. I saw the Nutcracker for the first time, which was fun and beautiful! The food/drinks at intermission were expensive, but that was expected. Very clean and pretty space.

Great theater with wonderful acoustics. Went to go see Shen Yun here. Surprised that lincoln center would put on this show. It is touted as a chinese cultural experience but it is clearly propaganda for Dalun Gong. It is creepy and I would not recommend this show. It did feel awkward and cultish.

I loved the New York State Theater, the City Opera, and George Balanchine. All are gone, alas, but their work lives on.

Last night's performance by the Paul Taylor American Dance Theater was memorably great.

I had an amazing experience at this theater. I was surprised on how good the view is from the third ring, from where you can distinctly appreciate the facial expression of the dancers, together with the details of their movements. The chairs are comfortable enough to seat for a couple of hours in a row. Also, the process of ticket pickup was extremely fast and efficient even in a busy night.

Simply incredible!!! I saw the swan lake and the truth is that the level is impressive. If you are in New York do not stop booking tickets either for the ballet, opera or watch the Philharmonic.

Amazing performances, the ballet and music quality were very high. It is very entertaining for the whole family and also for business men (It is worthy to notice that my boyfriend did not fall sleep... against his own will, because he had a blast). If you like classical music and ballet the Nutcracker is a must

I used to think (a couple decades ago) that the entire Lincoln Center was a monument to 60s "bad architecture". But now . . . it's kind of iconic NY. And the Koch Center, to me, is rivaled only by the opera house for interior beauty. Plus, there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Staff is very efficient and pretty friendly. Easy to navigate the place. Sound is extraordinary.

If you're reading this May-summer do definitely check out Ballenchine and Justin Peck ballets. They are extraordinary!

Like much of NYC itself, the theater is a blend of modern with classy. It doesn't overwhelm you like some older more elaborate theaters in the world, or even the city, but you know you're someplace special from the moment you walk into it. Seeming a lot smaller than you would suspect from the look of the outside, every seat is probably a good one.
