Called the phone number from their website and the one PayPal provided me, the website phone number disconnects you every time. Second number left voicemail, no response. I private messaged them on TikTok, no response. I filed for a refund via PayPal and all of a sudden I get an email from “Jenn”. My order is missing and sorry for the inconvenience. That’s it. No resolution! I’ve had it, I just want a refund!
