Last year this firm, which was a subcontractor for LUMINUS in terms of boiler maintenance, came to us at HINGEON and cleaned the boiler as planned and did the right thing ????? at least we trusted him at the time ????? This year another company comes and tells us that DAUVISTER has not done the right thing, we are not up to standards etc ... and refuses to do the maintenance. DAUVISTER came on 07.07.2017 and luckily my husband filed all his papers, everything was GOOD. This day at 9 am the company CSBE from Haine ST Paul heating engineer approved this year by the LUMINUS contract THAT WE PAY 16.50 per month REFUSED because an AIR SUPPLY is needed, therefore a hole in the garage wall. My husband goes to find what is needed and he does it in an hour. PLEASE NOTE: 1. the Luminus contract which is worth nothing because their heating engineer is all void. 2. DAUVISTER knows NOTHING by the standards of the Walloon region. 3. A good advice beware of all those heating engineers who round their end of me on our backs.
