Welcome to Daughters of the Nile, an international organization dedicated to empowering women and making a positive impact on the world. Led by Supreme Queen Donna Kramer, our organization is committed to bettering ourselves and our communities while fostering lifelong friendships.
Founded in 1913, Daughters of the Nile has grown into a global network of women who share a common goal: to make a difference in the world. Our members come from all walks of life and backgrounds, but we are united by our passion for service and commitment to excellence.
At Daughters of the Nile, we believe that every woman has something valuable to contribute. Whether you are interested in philanthropy, community service, or personal growth and development, we offer opportunities for you to get involved and make a difference.
Our local Temples provide members with opportunities for socializing as well as volunteering. We organize events such as fundraisers for charities like Shriners Hospitals for Children®, which provides specialized care for children with orthopedic conditions or burns regardless of their ability to pay. We also support other organizations that align with our mission such as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® which is leading research into childhood cancer treatments.
In addition to supporting charitable causes through fundraising efforts, Daughters of the Nile offers educational programs designed specifically for women. These programs cover topics such as leadership development, financial planning skills training workshops on public speaking techniques among others.
We also offer scholarships through our Supreme Temple Scholarship Program which helps young women pursue higher education degrees at accredited colleges or universities across North America.
