Datamax Inc. (Arkansas) Review

I purchased a printer for my small business. I had trouble printing and Datamax treated me like a million-dollar client. They troubleshooted and the problem wasn't solved with a remote session so I was scheduled for a tech visit. Later that day, I received a call from Tony, who had helped me remotely, and he had another idea. It worked! I love that he didn't just pass me off to the service department and forget about me, he continued to think about the problem and while at lunch he had an idea and it was the solution I needed. Datamax treats every customer like they are the best customer and that is why my business is a Raving Fan!

I emailed my rep and within an hour, there was a knock at our door. Within 45 minutes, I was up and running again. Love my support team.

We have been very happy with the features of the copier and the performance and the support we receive when needed from their technicians. Also, they were very helpful to us when selecting the right copier with the features we needed and stayed within the budget we gave them.

I would like to say how awesome Datamax Little Rock is. I currently went through the purchase process with them and a handful of other companies. I knew what I wanted and they were able to give the just that, for a great price and very responsive. This company is great to be on both sides of the equation for. I worked at Datamax for 1.5 years and only left because of an unbelievable opportunity. It has been a great experience working there, and was a great experience purchasing from them.

Datamax is very prompt to answer any questions we may have about our new copier and if we can't figure it out on our own; they are very prompt to be here to walk us through the steps to fix it.

I see several reviews about their prices but I have found them to be very reasonable and the staff to be friendly and very knowledgable about the products they sell.

We just completed a purchase of two Canon Multifunction Copiers from Datamax. Our sales contact, Julie Robinson, did a great job getting us very competitive pricing on the copiers as well as insuring that we had the requisite features. Datamax delivered the copiers on time and the installation and knowledge transfer process was very smooth and timely thanks to Jeff Hockenberry's, Datamax's installation technician, knowledge of the Canon products. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this service provider relative to service of our new copiers as well as helping us to meet additional copier needs.

We use Datamax at the church where I work. They are always available for any questions and are very quick about sending someone out to help with any problems we might have. A great company with great people who really make you feel that they care.

Datamax has always provided excellent customer service. Service calls almost always get same day service, but if not they are at my business the next day, at the lastest. Anything we need they have provided quickly and with the highest professionalism.

Datamax supplies 2 printers for our office. We receive our toner order the very next day. When we need maintenance, they are quick to get a technician on-site. Their techs. have been very professional, friendly, and thorough. We are very pleased with Datamax!
