These people are trying to hire people for less than they pay at Wendy's to do work that normally is on average $10 an hour more than what they pay, AND you have to be fluent in Spanish so not only do they grossly under compensate employees, they don't value valuable skills. 12-14 an hour for help desk is disgusting. Try treating employees as people.

This is a strange place. I received a call from their recruiter Alissa Aronovici (no longer with the company according to her Linkedin) and she was a delight to work with. She was setting me up for technical/legal writing position with the local government in Richmond. Every now and then, she'd send an email and ask me to call in.
This is where the strange part occurred. I would get an Indian woman claiming to be Alissa on the phone. I assumed it was just another person in her office as she knew what and why I was calling in. I just let it go as someone just assuming Alissa's name to just streamline everything. Because in the end, it really didn't matter who was helping me.
But the catch was this was a very unprofessional woman. She spoke like I was bothering her at her home at 1AM in the morning. On top of that, she had a very thick Indian accent making her difficult to understand. Her interview "tips" included making sure I spoke clearly without using my accent. I don't have an accent. My last name (Nguyen) might indicate I'm not a white guy, but I grew up in Richmond, VA and you wouldn't guess what race I was over the phone. A bit on the ironic side considering I could barely understand her with her thick Indian accent.
After a few phone tags back and forth, I really didn't see any point in continuing with this company and my recruiter Alissa Aronovici obviously felt the same. If that Indian woman is still there and you get her on the phone or God forbid in person, as the villain in Taken said, "Good luck."
A guy called me for a job. I submitted the info they requested and then tried to get some information about the job and no return call or email. This is a waste of time agency..don't bother with them.
I have contracted with numerous companies over the years, and by far DC is the best. I truly consider it a privilege to work with them. Their professionalism, timeliness, and compassion makes them a standout well above their peers. Don't pass up an opportunity.
