The doctors are ok, but let me tell you that their call center staff are rude, unprofessional and illiterate. Specially Esther, who claims to be the MANAGER. She even dared go hang up the phone on me today.
Let me say that I am a diabetic and I was forced to go in the clinic today (in the middle of a pandemic) so they could approve my meds and at the end of the day they did not call them in at all, so here I am stuck without medicine until they reopen on Monday! I know! It s insane! They better pray I don t get sick due to not having my insulin because of their negligence! Feeling HELPLESS AND ANGRY
