I had been to 3 different repair places who all said it couldn't be done. I'd have to buy a new laptop. Between John and Alyssa (I'm so sorry if I spelt it wrong) an exorcism was performed and my laptop now works better than before.

Not only was the price of of repair less than a 10th of that from other places but also happened at less than half the time. Thank you again

Dropped of my laptop on the 16 of October last year and im still waiting for it. I understand that the pandemic caused a lot of delays but what has me upset is that NOBODY bothers to call or email me to give me updates about my laptop, I have to call and email to get updates. Im really disappointed in the terrible service received

I needed assistance with setting up an email account and was immediately assisted by one of the techs and spent the good part of 20 minutes. Unfortunately software problem but at no charge for their valuable time. You seldom find it anywhere these days. Still no email but too busy to address. Thx guys will market your assistance.

Popped in to have the power plug checked, alternately a probable motherboard blown. The verbal quote of +-R720.00 to check, and R360.00 if can't fix it is a tad too much...I used to build computers!!!

Very professional manner, excellent service. These guys replaced a usb port for me that another service provider could not replace. Needless to say I am delighted with the way my machine is running after a clean reinstall and usb port repair.
